Some teas are grown. This one is inherited. Sourced from Uji's oldest tea garden a living legacy spanning over six centuries this ceremonial-grade matcha carries the weight of tradition in every sip.
Crafted from a carefully balanced blend of three cultivars Yabukita, Samidori, and Okumidori and shaded for 25+ days to coax out maximum depth of flavor, this is matcha at its most refined. Stone-ground in small batches to preserve every nuance.
Ways to Enjoy
Matcha Latte (Hot)
- 2g matcha (about 1 tsp)
- 30ml hot water (65-80°C)
- 200ml steamed milk (dairy or alt)
Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth. Add steamed milk, stir, and enjoy.
Iced Matcha Latte
- 2g matcha
- 30ml hot water
- 150–200ml cold milk (dairy or alt)
- Ice
Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth. Pour over ice, top with cold milk. Refreshing, creamy, classic Uji.
