Kyushu Matcha - LERA
LERA - Pure Craft. Exceptional Matcha.
Meet LERA's Kyushu Matcha (Ceremonial Grade Matcha), a first-harvest Okumidori single-cultivar from the volcanic soils of Kagoshima, Kyushu Island. Stone-ground in small batches and shaded for 21 days before harvest, this is matcha at its most intentional: smooth, nutty-sweet, and vibrantly green with absolutely no bitterness.
The Story in Every Sip
Kagoshima's mineral-rich soils and temperate climate produce some of Japan's most distinctive tea leaves. LERA selects only the Kyushu Matcha prized for its natural sweetness and deep umami and shades it for 21 days to concentrate chlorophyll, L-theanine, and flavour. The result is a cup that is vivid, calm, and quietly extraordinary.
How to Enjoy
Best whisked with 70-80°C water for a traditional bowl, or enjoyed as a clean, elevated latte. No sweetener is needed the Okumidori cultivar brings its own natural sweetness.
